matrix = SA/B     CRP (1/2)    Kendun V

minimal surface wear to vinyl.
some seam split to center of bottom edge of original inner sleeve. some other wear to inner sleeve.
cover is in shrink, but shrink is coming undone or torn off at points. note the tape on front side of shrink. a bend mark or 2 to cover on rear side near opening edge. etc.
