GINHOUSE - S/T LP - Ultra Rare Progressive / Psychedelic Vinyl Album - Condition details below - Original UK FIRST PRESS Release 1971 - Gatefold Sleeve with Foldout on the right inner - Black Labels with Green B&C Logo - B&C - CAS 1031 -  A-1U / B-1U Matrix Numbers - 1 A / 1 C Mothers and Stampers

CONDITION :  

SLEEVE: as visible in photos, there is a water damage mark along spine and bottom edge on front and rear, but no peeling and card remains nicely intact..3 initials in light blue at the bottom right on the front...light wear along edges, but spine lettering still clear..inner foldout has a small tear to the right of the sun on the lower part. Otherwise nice...good sharp colour on the front picture: VG-

VINYL - SIDE ONE: a few very fine hairlines, otherwise lovely and plays great with no clicks or pops or jumps: EX- 

VINYL - SIDE TWO : several fine hairlines and light surface marks, otherwise fine and plays great with no jumps, pops or clicks..just light crackle in the first two tracks: VG  

LABELS: faint spindle marks, otherwise Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
