MUSIC IN FIFTHS, 1969

CHATHAM SQUARE LP 1003 (1973, USA)

Important & influential minimalist composer Philip Glass’ second release on his own semi-private NYC Chatham Square label. Beautiful pioneering minimalist works by this great composer. Scare issue and rarely offered on eBay. Don’t miss this one!

Record is in NEAR MINT+ condition (appears unplayed) & illustrated jacket (drawing by Alan Saret) is NM.

I recently acquired a small but superb collection of modern, experimental, improvised, & electronic music. I will be offering 50 or so items from this collection at the end of each month. This kind of material rarely surfaces so keep looking for future auctions.
