Description
GLENCOE Two great condition original 1970s UK Epic label LPs: self-titled and Spirit of Glencoe
Glencoe Epic EPC 65207 (cover), S EPC 65207 (labels), 1972 UK issue, matrix number endings A3, B3.
Cover NM Disc EX+
Superb condition sleeve with little marking of any kind. Excellent condition original paper inner sleeve (‘Glencoe’ written in one corner, slight scuff in another). Very fine looking labels and vinyl (only obvious mark a small surface smudge at the end of the last track on side 1). Sound and play performance similarly fine.
Spirit of Glencoe (with insert) Epic EPC 65717 (cover), S EPC 65717 (labels), 1973 UK issue, matrix number endings A1, B1.
Cover NM Disc NM
Sleeve is close to perfect, original paper inner and printed insert in overall excellent condition (artist/title in neat writing on both, scuff in one corner of inner, tipp-ex strip in corner on reverse of insert). Vinyl and labels look pretty much as new. Play performance and sound is superb: side 2, track 4 has some high end sibilance on the left channel chorus vocals, most likely a production problem as it doesn’t occur elsewhere.
