DESCRIPTION
You are bidding on a brilliant example of an original 1963 UK release by GLENDA COLLINS on the HMV label (POP 1233) "IF YOU'VE GOT TO PICK A BABY" b/w "IN THE FIRST PLACE" 7-inch 45 RPM single with 4-prong centre.. In period-correct repro HMV company sleeve.
This terrific single, produced by the legendary JOE MEEK, is in superb mint minus (M-) condition, clean, crisp and bright, retaining its original sheen and without any noticeable surface marks. The labels are nice and clean. There is no writing, stickers, tears or spindle marks. The 4-prong centre is fully intact and has no damage.
Both sides have been played through without any worrying problems and no obtrusive pop, crackle or clicks. Definitely no skips or jumps. The record tests beautifully without any problematic loss in sound quality or aural performance and can be enjoyed without any disturbance. If any, all faults are minor, acceptable and nothing to worry about.
