Description

This 2xLP vinyl set features Glenn Gould playing Bach's The English Suites in Baroque style. Released by Columbia Masterworks in 1977, it is a complete edition and includes a gold stamp promo and a demonstration not for sale paper on the cover. The vinyl material is in very good plus (VG+) condition while the sleeve grading is very good (VG). The vinyl appears bright clean and shiny and as I listen to Side One it sounds amazing!! The microphone picks up the faintest sound of Glenn singing along in some parts and there is just the tiniest bit of static which will improve upon cleaning. There may be a few tiny hairline scratches visible but you don’t hear them. It has a record size of 12" and has a speed of 33 RPM. Its composer, Johann Sebastian Bach, is a legendary figure in classical music and the piano instrument used by Glenn Gould in this record is no less remarkable. This vinyl set is a must-have for classical music enthusiasts and vinyl record collectors alike.

This item will be shipped in a heavy duty cardboard mailer with the Records inside new polylined inner sleeves, along with the original paper inner sleeves and cover protected by a polyethylene outer sleeve. Please see all the pictures to help determine the overall condition and message with any questions.
