Cover: Unlaminated 1st pressing non-gatefold Clout & Baker cover. No writings, doodles or seam splits. The front is Excellent with some slight ringwear. The rear is Near Mint. Minor wear only to the edges/corners. Lovely clear spine. Rates as Excellent+ overall for its age.

Lyric Insert: Mint.

Labels:Excellent. One side has the name 'jeremy' on the edge of it.

Vinyl: Play tested. Looks VG+ with light feathering. Nice sheen. Plays VG with no skips/jumps but does have some crackle & pops throughout - particularly noticeable during quieter moments and between tracks. Much less noticeable during the funkier (saxophone based) parts like "Lady Lake" itself - which still sound fantastic even after all these years.  A good professional clean will probably improve the sound.

Gradings.......

Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.

Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches.

Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.

Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.

Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc

Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
