Chance to own a very rare (and hand-signed) Ellie Jay 7" EP by Gold & Webb. I have never seen this on eBay before and can't find any information about the artists so to say this rarely comes up would be a huge understatement. I have no idea what it sounds like as I haven't got a record player to give it a spin but given that Jimmy plays a 12-string guitar and keyboards, and Peter an electric guitar and ukulele I'd hazard a guess it's folk, folk-rock or something of that ilk.
Title: Gold & Webb Artist: Gold & Webb Label: Ellie Jay Cat No.: EJSP 9517 (1980) Vinyl Cond: Excellent+. Some light marks and signs of play but it retains a tremendously bright sheen. I imagine has been played only few times in its lifetime. I have no record player so cannot test-play it sadly. The labels are in mint condition. Sleeve Cond: This sleeve was clearly handmade, cut and glued at home, as was common at the time for records pressed through Ellie Jay. The sleeve is printed on yellow card with some seam wear and signs of age. But overall though, very good+ condition for age.
