GOLDEN POT / MALEDICTUS SOUND dancing sounds EP ________________________________________________________________ LISTEN! to "take one"
LISTEN! to "motive"
LISTEN! to "jim clarck was driving recklessly"
LISTEN! to "art director"
________________________________________________________________
Another holy grail of euro funk and Brazil does it again! You know that the french Golden pot single is popular and goes for money but on this Ep do you not only get those 2 Golden pot songs but you also got two Maledictus Sound tracks unavaliable anywhere else on seven inch!
If you don´t know these two projects before i can say that the Golden Pot project is a funky hammond psych groover with both songs great but only "take one" is compiled. The Maledictus sound side got the fuzzy groover "Jim Clarck was driving recklessly" and is also a killer! "Art Director" is a light upbeat groover with some weirdness and is the least good track on this EP If you know your euro psychedelic funk history well you know that genius J P Massiera was behind the Maledictus Sound project - this EP might suggest he was behind the Golden Sound 45 as well! Why should they else be linked together on this EP? Anyone know the score on this (Robert Murt? Pastafrolla? Victor Kiswell?) Do I need to say this one was probably a promo only and rare as hents teeth (I have never seen a copy before until I stumbled upon it) so i guess it might be even more rare than the brazilian Jean Jacques Perrey E.V.A 7" I am also selling! 33rpm as usual with brazilian EPs________________________________________________________________________ LABEL: FERMATA COUNTRY: japanese

Less hassle for us both if you do so. The soundfiles: Low-bitrate soundfiles made very simple from a Technics 1210 with a stanton needle (2,5g) or a Audio technica Soundburger straight through a MP3 player so expect the records to sound much better than on the soundfile. Also have in mind that background noise, pops etc MAY sound different depending on the type of the record player. As noted these soundfiles are recorded on a Technics 1210 record player or a Audio technica soundburger.
