One of the very rarest and most sought after records on the legendary Peachtree label from Atlanta. Monster rare and fantastic deep soul anthem with a gritty stomping flipside. An essential piece in any serious deep, southern or general soul collection. Record is in nice condition, see scans and hear soundclips. Vinyl is visually around VG+. Lots of light surface wear, no deep scratches or marks, mainly typical 'sleeve wear' or 'stored without a sleeve' type wear. Vinyl has most of it's original shine and this record has not been artifically enhanced or polished in any way. NO warps, bubbles, cracks, heat damage or other defects. The "Get Up Off It" side plays practically perfect. "It's Not A Hurting Thing" side plays very well but has some minor occasional crackling noise, listen to the sound clips. It is hard to determine whether this noise is due to any wear or due to the quality of the pressing, overall it plays well from start to finish with no pops or ticks, skips etc. Labels are quite clean with only light dirt rings, see scans. A beautiful label with most of it's beauty intact! Overall a nice copy of an extremely rare record that few collectors in the world own. I have had this in my collection for some time, and now it is sadly time to say goodbye, I hope it comes to a good new home. Any further questions, just ask away!
