NM (Near Mint): Near perfect record/sleeve. Looks unplayed. Should sound like new.
VG+: Well cared for record, shows signs of use but such that are not supposed to affect play.
VG: Used but reasonable. Surface noise might be noticeable but record should play fine.
G: Looks problematic and noisy, but still a lot better than not having it at all...

Notes
 co = "cut out" corner or drill hole in label or jacket. see photo.
cw = cover wear
