Description
Up for bid is the GOVERNMENT ISSUE Legless Bull 7" E.P. released on DISCHORD RECORDS in 1981 (Dischord No. 4). One thousand copies were pressed and this is one of only two early DISCHORD 7"'s to never get a second pressing (Youth Brigade-Possible 7" being the other). This has what is probably the first version of the sleeve, with the G.I. information address present and DISCHORD c/o Y&T Records in the lower corner, but the address crossed out with marker (i.e. no Beecher St. address as on later sleeves). Vinyl is in really excellent condition showing almost no surface scuffs. Cover is just a notch down from mint and the insert is flawless. A beautiful copy! Shipping in the US will be $4.00 by USPS PRIORITY MAIL. PRIORITY MAIL will cost more than $4.00--I will pay the difference. Insurance is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for the full value of the final bid if it exceeds $100.00. I will SPLIT the TOTAL insurance cost with you. I will recalculate the exact insurance required at the end of the auction but have estimated a TOTAL cost here. I assume no liability if packages are not insured by the buyer. I can ship First Class International Air Mail to Canada for $5.95. Overseas postage is $8.95 to anywhere in the world. I cannot insure overseas packages unless they are sent INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. Total cost for INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL, including insurance, is $17.00 to Canada and $27.00 to the rest of the world. Again, I assume no liability if overseas packages are not insured by the buyer. I would be very happy to combine shipping if you win multiple items.
