....but the listening is Near Mint.Meant in a technical sense but also these songs represent beautiful Folk Psychedelia in it's most pure and naive expression."Down to Earth" has a beautiful clear vocal with some fantastic guitar lines weaving behind the scenes.To me though,"SPRING" is the Psychedelic masterpiece- It sounds like there's a sitar in there but (I could be wrong) I think Graham is using an effects peddle to Masterly effect(oddly enough).His voice conveys a melody that is not obvious and that is part of the trippiness-there is nothing cliched about either song."Friends From the Rainbow Region" methinks is a catchall term for those who believe that NOW is the time for change,due to the changeover from the Piscean to the Aquarian....I remember one night in the late eighties when the "change" was at it's peak and at a certain time at night(here in OZ) all like minded people around the world focused their attention on what I think was termed the "harmonic convergence".....I felt it.As did a mate I checked with next day.Would love to hear from anybody else who "experienced" that night.........5 minutes later -OK,Just checked "harmonic convergence" on google.I was there.
