Description
This is a very fine original U.S. pressing of the second solo LP by Gram Parsons, released posthumously in 1974 (Parsons died by overdose the previous fall). Parsons' brief, restless career featured stints with the International Submarine Band, the Byrds (on their landmark country-rock LP, Sweetheart of the Rodeo), and the Flying Burrito Bros. This LP is more properly described as a duet, since Emmylou Harris joins him on all but one of the its songs. The record includes a live medley recorded in "Northern Quebec." The jacket is close to pristine (M-). The disc is clean, and plays with minimal surface noise (M-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
