LABEL: Pacific Jazz Records #Mono PJ-1217.
CONDITION OF COVER: VG+; 2 inch split along RH corner edge of bottom seam, light to medium edge-wear. front and back cover are in excellent condition.
CONDITION OF RECORD: EX+ to NM-; a few very faint hair-line marks when inspected under direct sunlight. Plays near-mint.

NM: Opened, appears unplayed.
EX: A few very light surface hair-line marks with no major deterioration to the sound quality.
