Side 1/Side 2: Some barely vidible faint scuffs & scratches all over the surface, a few lightly feelable small scratches, some light surface noise or crackle in parts, still plays pretty well. 
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC ? NEW YORK USA" No Deep Groove.
Matrix: "VAN GELDER" machine stamp on both sides.
"ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: 3" top 6" bottom seam split, sticker on front, some scuffs & stain.
