On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Grateful Dead called "Anthem Of The Sun" and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st Pressing!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE IN EVERY RESPECT - AND RARER STILL IN THIS STUNNING CONDITION!!!!  THIS LP IS OFTEN FOUND IN TERRIBLE CONDITION - USUALLY HEAVILY PLAYED AND WITH A CREASED COVER.  BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!  THIS LP IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND EXTREMELY RARE LIKE THIS!!!! THE RECORD HAS CLEARLY NOT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL AND THE FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER HAS STUNNING SHINY LAMINATE AND IS VERY FLAT LOOKING!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS EASILY THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER GRATEFUL DEAD LP AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS LP IS SO HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1968 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS WARNER BROS LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'WARNER BROS' INNER SLEEVE AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' PATENTS PENDING COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the original Warner Bros UK 1st pressing from 1968 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is WS 1749 on the 1st Press Warner Bros Label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Grateful Dead at their best!!!! Any fan of The Grateful Dead, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS LP HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition and SO RARE like this!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! The record must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  STUNNING RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Warner Bros' inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Laminated Flipback Cover is in STUNNING condition and INCREDIBLY rare like this!!!!  It is VERY flat looking and the laminate shines like NEW - with NO glazing (IMPOSSIBLE on this LP)!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (apart from a small area of 'roughening' about half way down), only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), barely ANY creases AT ALL (basically the cover is virtually UNCREASED - apart from 1 crease in the bottom right hand corner - which DOES NOT affect the MEGA flat shape of the cover), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO Grubbyness, NO writing, and NO yellowing!!!!  The cover must STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better and is VERY hard to find in this condition!!!!  In fact the cover is basically PERFECT apart from the small area of roughening half way down the spine, and the 1 crease on the front cover!!!!  THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
