Album 1 - "Anthem Of The Sun" - US (1968) - WS 1749 Album 2 - "The Grateful Dead" - US (1967) - WS 1689
I am the sole owner of both records - I bought them New - My how time flies !

  • Album 1 Cover has ring wear, slight shelf wear. No splits, marks, stains etc. Green labels VG+            
  • Album 2 Cover has much shelf wear, 1" spine split, some dings (psychedelic) Gold labels VG 

  • Notes for MISPRINT on "Anthem" LP

    Medley 'That's It For The Other One'; track "We Leave The Castle" A1-IV is listed on label but completely missing from back cover track song titles. So, the record label does not match the album cover which is misprinted, RARE! See photos.

    Original first pressing. Green label w/ orange and teal blue W7 logo.

 Vinyl is in beautiful condition for Anthem. Maybe a very small sleeve scuff. No scratches or defects. Clean green labels. As for the vinyl for "The Grateful Dead, there are a couple of deep stylus scratches on side one track one. Very noticeable but no skips. Gold labels.(So, I'm offering this LP as a bonus - after all, they have been sitting together on my record shelf for 50 years)
MY SPIN
 I bought these albums many years ago. They have been stored for years. I played all four sides today so I could give an AUDIBLE grade. The sound quality was very good for "Anthem". Nothing to distract from a great listening experience. Maybe a click or very minor hiss on occasion, but really very little that was noticeable. The sound quality for "The Grateful Dead" was not as good. The scratches on the song "Morning Dew" (my favorite cut) were annoying. Side two played well. I would not sell this record by itself, but I will keep the two LPs together as a set.
