UNBELEIVABLE COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL INSERT!!A REAL COLLECTORS ALBUM!!look ''1'' ''G'' and ''1'' ''R'' MOTHER STAMPERS (EARLIEST EVER TO POSSIBLY FIND)! TOP! COPY!

Here is another from my personal collection! I originally purchased this from new in 1974 and subsequently have never played this up until prior to listing! This has only ever had one play and looks totally unplayed!! The vinyl has always been stored seperately from the cover to prevent damage or ringware! This is how I have always stored my records!!

Blues for Allah is the eighth studio album by the Grateful Dead!. It was recorded between February 27 and May 7, 1975 and originally released on September 1, 1975. It was the third release under the band's own label, Grateful Dead Records, after fulfilling their contract with Warner Bros. Records!.

It was the first album with Mickey Hart in over four years, and the band's first album since their short hiatus from touring in 1974. Possibly because of late arrival, Mickey Hart's picture does not appear on the back cover!.

The album's title track, one of my favourites, was only performed a handful of times in 1975 and never played again after that, while several other tracks on the album were performed regularly for the rest of the Dead's career!!.

Side one
  1. "Help on the Way/Slipknot!" (Garcia, Godchaux, Hunter, Kreutzmann, Lesh) – 7:18
  2. "Franklin's Tower" (Garcia, Hunter, Kreutzmann) – 4:32
  3. "King Solomon's Marbles" (Lesh) – 5:20
    1. "Part I: Stronger Than Dirt" (Hart, Kreutzmann, Lesh)
    2. "Part II: Milkin' The Turkey" (Hart, Kreutzmann, Lesh)
  4. "The Music Never Stopped" (Barlow, Weir) – 4:35
Side two
  1. "Crazy Fingers" (Garcia, Hunter) – 6:41
  2. "Sage & Spirit" (Weir) – 3:07
  3. "Blues for Allah" (Garcia, Hunter) – 12:31
    1. "Sand Castles and Glass Camels" (Garcia, Godchaux, D. Godchaux, Kreutzmann, Lesh, Weir)
    2. "Unusual Occurrences in the Desert" (Garcia, Hunter)

The Matrix

Side 1.''UAS 29895 A-1U'' (EARLIEST FOR THIS PRESSING)

Side 2. ''UAS 29895 B-1U'' (EARLIEST FOR THIS PRESSING)

The Mother Stampers

Side 1. ''1'' ''G'' (MEGA RARE! EARLIEST EVER TO FIND)

Side 2. ''1'' ''R'' (MEGA EARLY STAMPERS)

Please note! These earliest ever to find stampers from my personal experiance are the best for top audio quality! (later stampers produce a much more incipede\bland sound!

The Vinyl

On initial inspection this vinyl looks as new and I can barely see a blemish!,, which is not surprising as this has never been played before the one time that I played this prior to listing! There is no visable signs at all that this has been played! Unbeleivably rare to find like this after 33 years! Only in strong light could possibly any mark be seen, which would or could only be sleeve removal only! (To be honest i can't see any at all)!!!

The Audio.

Points to note! I have owned thyis album from new and I purchased this on release in 1975, subsequently this has been stored in a case with the vinyl seperated from the sleeve and cover all of these years! This is how I have always stored my records! I have played this through track for track on a top system at very loud volume only one time!, and the 1st time that this has ever been played ever in 34 years!

The audio is cristal clear and vibrant throughout and will be very hard to surpass absolutely awesome! Please note! During the 1st track (only) on side A. I could hear some isolated static ticks\clicks these were not consistant to any scratches and are isolated do not continue after a revolution, so could possibly be contributed to needing a constant clean before each play because remember that this has been stored laying dormant for at least 34 years. A build up of dirt and dust causes static ticks\crackle and from my experiance constant cleaning reduces this! please note! During all of the other tracks on both sides played absolutely perfect throughout!

There is certainly (no) grooveware or any visual signs AT ALL THAT THIS HAS EVEN BEEN PLAYED!

For any audiophiles! Please allow for the light interfearane on track 1. that I have mentioned previously in my personal opinion there was nothing that majorly detracted from the awesome clarity of this overall audio experiance!! I would class myself as highly critical, Please look at my completed listings of records that i have sold of this alaber and you will see that I normally get it right!

The Labels

These are the original Band labels AS NEW! (no) visable ware any where (no) spidering unbeleivable to find!

The insert

This is the original lyric insert in excellent ondition with just very very light ware with age !

The cover

This is the original 1st fully laminated United Artists cover! Looks absolutely stunning! Absolutely stunning Super Super glossy appearance (no) real creases worth to mention\very minor at spine end only (no) ringware! unbeleivable for 34 years old like this! Must grade at least Excellent plus to Excellent plus plus!
