Here's a very rare original 2002 press kit for the first edition of Jay Blakesberg's Dead photobook Between the Dark and Light: The Grateful Dead Photography of Jay Blakesberg. It includes a twelve-page full-color sample brochure with photos and excerpts from the book; an official press release; a request form for a review copy; and a sheet of blurbs from Phil Lesh, David Grisman, Wavy Gravy, etc. All pieces are in excellent condition—see pics.
