To obtain Promo vinyl albums, 45's CD's or other promotional items you had to be a radio DJ or in the record business.  This is from the private collection of a former music industry veteran. 
It has been in (smoke and pet free) storage. Disc has never been taken out of inner sleeve. Disc has never been played, promo was never shrink-wrapped. Has gold-foil promo stamp. Corner of sleeve was bent during the 'foil-stamp' process as shown in photos.
