Description
For sale here is one of a 5,000 limited edition 180 gram vinyl pressing of the legendary Grateful Dead Veneta Oregon August 27th 1972 open air concert performed at Ken Kesey's ranch, which only became available to purchase last year.
There is little doubt that this quadruple 180 gram vinyl pressing will become increasingly rare over time and will acquire value as a serious collector's item, and this is your chance to buy it.
So why, you may ask, am I selling it? The simple answer is that, as a retired man with increasingly poor mobility I am forced to abandon vinyl after approximately 60 years! I can't keep getting up and down to turn records over, so, very reluctantly, I will have to keep the CD version of this incredible gig and play that instead.
The only reason this lovingly produced vinyl set is out of its shrinkwrap is that I wanted to show the prospective buyer the gorgeous artwork that comes with it which is beautifully presented and printed on exceptionally heavy card.
The 4 records are in mint unplayed condition and have never been out of their sleeves. If you missed it when it was released this is your opportunity to pick up an immaculate copy well below its current market value of £154 + shipping. I have never been a "breadhead". I simply want this priceless piece of rock history to go to a loving home occupied by someone who - like myself - is hopefully a vintage "Dead Head" and who lives for the music.
You can buy with confidence from a reliable and very experienced eBay seller with 100% positive feedback over many years.
All bidders please note: shipping is free of charge to the UK only. The item will be very carefully packaged and shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.
