Description

Grateful Dead original 1970 release "Workingman's Dead" LP US Warner Bros. WS1869 stereo with original green label.

I purchased this record in 1970 and it is from my personal collection.  It is not a reissue.

The vinyl is in "NM" condition with no scratches, scuffs or spindle wear; it has been stored in a poly lined paper sleeve since purchase; the hand etched matrix numbers are 39719-1 & 39720-1 and the initials "KD" are etched in the deadwax.  The textured jacket is also in "NM" condition with no cutout holes, shelfwear or seam splits and has the inverted back panel (see photos).

Vinyl grading is based on the following criteria:

“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.

“M” Mint - a near perfect or unplayed  record.

“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.

“EX+” close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.

“EX” a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.

Payment through Paypal only.  Payment must be received within 72 hours of the close of the auction.  Item will be shipped the next business day after payment is received.  Shipping charges as shown are for the USA only; international rates will be higher based on your actual geographic location.  Please email me with any questions you may have.
