Description
GRATEFUL DEAD-AMERICAN BEAUTY 1970 WARNER BROS. RECORDS WHITE LABEL PROMO COPY LP WS 1893 IN A SOLID VG CONDITION. NICE VINYL!! The amazing 5th release from the mighty Grateful Dead in this auction. A super rare treat for the hardcore fan is this white label offering here. I'm going to give a more extensive review on the condition below as anyone looking at this already knows it's a gem!!
The record has some light surface wear on both sides and in the cases I'm about indicate it causes some mild issues: At the very beginning of the album, Box Of Rain, there is a few light skips, noticeable but not horrible. The rest of side 1 played well throughout. At the very beginning of Ripple there are 5 solid skips, noticeable and disappear before the 1st verse starts. There is a light skip at the end of Till The Morning Comes & there is a very light skip at the beginning of Truckin'. The cover has a couple of issues too, there is a 1" center of spine split, very small mouth tears top and bottom, moderate wear along the edges-no other splits but the edges have seen better days and minor rubs on the corners. The inner replacement sleeve is intact. A great buy for the collector of things Grateful Dead!!
$3 freight. US sales only!!
