Description

Rare 45 of Grace Slick's first group THE GREAT SOCIETY.   The only studio recording from the band.  Grace joined the Airplane for their second album.  When she moved, she took her brothers song, "Someone to Love" with her.  
I have provided photos of the visual condition.  This is mostly about the A side - Someone to Love.  The only thing that needs to be explained is the area shown in the close up.  That scuff looks bad but it's the tops of the grooves, fortunately the pickup needle tracks the groove below that.  I can't hear it in playback.  The lead in has only a few tic's and the inner groove is similar.  The couple of places where the music volume decreases are clean too.  The B side is not quite as good.  A scratch that tic's a little.  The master number - NB001 A R1. Someone to Love is NB001 B R2.  Numbering of side A and B is reversed from the hit vs "B" side.
My best experiences have been with "play graded".  Very good and very good plus have been disappointing in many cases unless someone has played it.  This 45 is obviously not mint, especially if the buyer is just going to look at it, but it will play better than the  VG+ I've gotten on many occasions.  I played the record with a Shure Hi-Track I have with good results. I made a recording off of my speakers for memories sake,  I will ship FeEx in a LP shipping box.  PayPal and lower 48.
