GREEN BULLFROG Natural Magic TEST PRESSING LP US 1981 (ECY Street) -/EX
INFORMATION: Test pressing of 1981 reissue of one-off 1971 album by 'unauthorised' supergroup featuring half of DEEP PURPLE, plus members from Procol Harum, Heads Hands & Feet etc...
In 1970, a handful of top musicians met at Kingsway Studios for two days. The producer and sound engineer was Derek Lawrence. It gets more difficult with the remaining names. Difficult because it was a conspiratorial session. The musicians were under contract with different record companies and were actually not allowed to record an album together. The album was released on MCA in 1972 and received critical acclaim. A myth soon formed around the musicians involved. Names given were Boots, Vicar, Bevy, Speedy, Pinta, Sleepy, Sorry and Jordan. For a long time, Green Bullfrog was only available as a bootleg, until it was re-available on CD in 1991 with three previously unreleased songs. The accompanying text finally shows which musicians were involved:

CONDITION: Vinyl has light storage marks, but looks unplayed.
