Description
This is a rare copy of Wof Green River 7" Together Never We'll Never on the a-side the b-side is a blinding cover of the Dead Boy's Ain't Nothin' To Do, the generic white sleeve has a kool Fall Out Records Store stickers on them, one of the guys use to work there when they signed with us at Homestead Records The band broke up and later formed: Pearl Jam, Mudhoney, and Mother Love Bone.
Notes
"Together We'll Never" is a different (earlier) version to that found on Rehab Doll."Ain't Nothing To Do" is a different mix to that found on Dry As A Bone/Rehab Doll Compilation.
The label credits "J. Perry" as producer, due to a rumour that Joe Perry was producing Green River after he was supposedly seen at one of their shows. In reality, it was produced by Jack Endino, as confirmed on Jack's website: http://www.endino.com/singles.html
According to Bruce Pavitt, Sub Pop agreed to put out this record on Green River's own label. Some copies of the record was sent out as a promotional item with the Sub Pop 100 record (Cameron, Keith, Mudhoney: The Sound and the Fury from Seattle)
250 copies were given to attendees of a Green River gig at The Vogue (venue) in Seattle, Washington on 09/10/1986
