Description

First of all I just need to make it clear that I am not a record dealer, most of the records that I sell are being sold for a local charity (The National Missing Persons Helpline), with all the proceeds from the sale going directly to them, less my eBay fees of course ! I don't use any grading system other than my own personal one, which generally works quite well. I do my best give an accurate appraisal of the records, but with me only being human, I can make a mistake from time to time, therefore, if you receive one of my records which is not as I described, then please return it for a full refund. Also, I don't have the know how, or the equipment to clean the records, so it is best to assume that all my records will need cleaning by the buyer. If you have any doubts about the integrity of any record which might be of interest to you, then please ask any questions, and I will do my best to furnish you with the correct answer. Now that's all out of the way, let's get down to business :-)

I take pleasure in offering for sale this 1958 Decca Stereo (ffss), Vinyl LP, Cat. No. SXL 2012. This is an Original Sound Recording (10 'O' Clock).

Both sides of the vinyl do have some very faint marks, but after playing both sides all the way through, I can confirm there is nothing on the vinyl that is detected by the stylus, and that it plays through both sides beautifully, perhaps the very occational, what I describe as faint crackling, but certainly no ticks, jumping, sticking or skipping. The sleeve is looking somewhat aged, but all together.
