THE GRODES-45-“Love Is A Sad Song” b/w “I’ve Lost My Way”-Rally Records #505-Cool 1966 ARIZONA Garage-Punk. No intro needed-you all know this band from assorted comps-the GRODES/TONGUES OF TRUTH VOXX label one in particular… Both sides written by Grodes mainman Manny Freiser who wrote the intense “Let’s Talk About Girls” and recorded under the name THE TONGUES OF TRUTH; song was made famous by the Chocolate Watchband. This single is more FANTASTIC DEE JAYS-LIKE//Zombies-ish & balladesque, but still cool.


Condition: Record is close to MINT-Minus … has some obvious background noise due to pressing not condition.
