The record has very light/faint superficial/hairline surface marks and grades EX.

The sleeve has light edge/corner wear. There are some small light creases around the edges with a slightly heavier crease on the top edge. There is also some small surface tears along the bottom edge on the back. Light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
