This record is in excellent condition. It has no obvious spindle marks visible on the labels and there are no pen marks, scuffs, stains or fading. The centres show little to no wear and are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in superb condition.
As for the vinyl itself(which is a deep purple colour with blue 'marbling' to it), both sides are very clean overall and have nothing major showing with just a few thin light lines present in normal light. There are a few more very minor thin light wispy lines visible under bright light but not many, and of course nothing remotely sinister. So overall the record is in good shape, has no nasty scuffs, serious marks or blemishes and has a lovely purple lustre.
I play tested the record and it plays very well overall with no major issues or interference. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is next to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is free of skips, sticks or annoying clicks but there is the odd light sporadic splutter in some of the much quieter parts. These splutters are do not seem to be caused by any marks and so I can only assume they are to do with the pressing itself. None of this light surface noise or mild spluttering is massively disruptive however and overall the audio grades as a solid EX. There is no major issues just the odd light noise in places(track 1, side 1 + intro side 2). Overall it was a very enjoyable play test and produced audio which was of good quality and still does this classic album justice.
The sleeve is in near mint condition. It has next to no rubbing or wear to the edges and corners, with the writing along the spine all clearly legible. There are of course no splits and no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is little to no creasing, barely any ring mark visible and overall it is clean, bright, strong and in superb condition all round. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It includes a plain white inner which is in excellent+ condition. This has no tears, splits or pen marks but does have very slight creasing and mild ring marks to it.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
