THIS IS THE RARE UNCENSORED 1ST EDITION of GUNS N' ROSES APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION.  The vinyl sleeve is the ORIGINAL "rape" scene, which was subsequently changed to the "cross" version, following public outcry.
