I’m not an expert, but here is my assessment of the condition of this record as far as I can tell:

Sleeve: Shows some wear, with a stain few tears on the front near “YOU’RE CRAZY” and “LIES LIES LIES.” There is some sticker(?) residue in the upper left corner on the upper left corner on the back.  I posted extra photos to show these.

Record: Very good condition.  I played both sides of the record all the way through, and there were no noticeable skips.  There are a couple of faint marks on side 1, but they are not audible on playback. 

Priced to sell.

The record will be shipped in a cardboard LP mailer box, with a new clear polypropylene cover.
