Description
It's hard to believe that it's been THIRTY FIVE years since Guns N' Roses released their groundbreaking full length debut album 'Appetite for Destruction'. The record came out, and introduced us to the group, who would go on to become one of the biggest bands on the planet!
The record sold MILLIONS of copies worldwide, and influenced many bands that came after that hard rockin' release!
One of the first singles released was "Paradise City". Great song, and a classic rock radio staple, all these years later. A version was released that is a shaped picture disc, and it's shaped like a handgun. The A side is the gun artwork, and the B side has song titles and credits. The track on the B side is from 'G N' R Lies', and is called "Used To Love Her". (That album came out in 1988.)
The clear vinyl is still clear, and not "tea stained", or oxidized, at all. Many pic discs that featured clear vinyl from the 80s have become tea stained. This one has no tea staining, and looks fantastic! There's some surface marks on the vinyl, but they are light, and hardly noticable. I can't verify the sound, as I never play picture discs.
An awesome Guns collectible for that loved one in your life who's crazy about Guns N' Roses, 80s and 90s hard rock and heavy metal, and collectors of classic rock shaped picture discs; or grab this for yourself, because you know you're worth it!
