Description

GURU GURU 'KANG-GURO Green Brain 1007 1972 German Only Pressing

Here is a very nice copy of GURU GURU dating from 1972 I am not quite sure where this Record comes in the Few records the band Made but they are all German I think this may be Second of Third is not one of the more Common Records from 1975 or latter and is one of the more wanted by the band.

Ask if you need Track Listings or anything else.

Cover
The cover looks really nice and Clean as shown in the scan the all the Sleeves on Brain are all very light Card with Paper Thin Lamination to the outside of the gate-fold cover and I see a lot of them in a worst state having a number of them myself the Cover does seems to pick up some Hairline Tiny Creases to the edge of sleeve hardly anything. Spine Shows a little bit of lamination Peel again common but oddly does not have any text on the spine so none to see. Inside of Cover really nice back is about the same as the front very nice sleeve and still looking Great, I feel its almost ex but due to the odd Spine Peel its near Ex as shown. Near Ex /Ex- VG+

LABELS

There are no pen marks or Stickers etc you can't see any marks around the spindle area really but Brain labels are hard to see marks on so I think its been played odd times.

Record/Vinyl

The Record looks Really nice almost as new no Scratches etc under a strong light I can only make out the odd Paper type mark very hard to see its still really gloss and just as most people want don't think there is much else to say but ask me if you want. Near Mint M-

Playback

The Record plays nice with crisp sound all on (Brain Label) seem to sound a Leap ahead of some UK pressing and are worth having all the Caravan Records on Deram are Junk when next to the German Pressings.  Really good Playback odd crackle at start on in odd low area.

Please Feel Free to ask more Track listings Etc

My Record Grading System (Based On UK Record Collector Guide)

I Try and play all my items before Listing Please Check my own Details Record/playback If
You want to Ask Please Feel Free to do so Always Happy to Talk about Records.

I always give Clear Information on all items such as the Sleeves and Records,
Along with Extra items like Inners or Posters etc.

PLEASE NOTE I DON”T USE “MINT” MY HIGHEST GRADE IS NEAR MINT OR M-

(M) Rarely used unless Item is still un-open new. Mainly for new or Re-issue Records

(M-) OR NEAR MINT (A Fantastic Collector Copy)
Very Clean Item with little signs of use, looking almost as new both sides clean with No Scratches
or Surface marks there might be odd Paper marks. Should any copy fail to meet this grade I Prefer to list
down a grade but I always provide sufficient information.

(Ex) (Collector Copy)
The Record has clearly been Played shows some signs of enjoyment, Strong Copy Retaining Full Crisp sound.
Might be odd surface Line or Few Very Minor hairline marks or a few Scuffs. Playback would Still Be Ace with
no Playback Issues.

(EX-) OR (VG+) (Good Keeper Copy)
This Grade means that the copy may have slightly more signs of use but would always have Good Crisp sound.
It might have extra paper marks or Few Hairlines or even an odd Scratch this would not be Audible unless said
and how the Scratches affects the Record would clearly be listed.

(VG) (KEEPER COPY)
The Item has clearly been played many times but Despite Visual Marks Like Hair lines or Scratches and Some
Surface marks. The Sound Still Retains Good playback, if there is a scratch that Sounds I clearly indicate
where it occurs and how it affects the track playing time.

When I use a Grade less than VG it would normally be due to a record being very rare or a sleeve that I feel
does not fit with VG due to Repairs or damage mostly records under VG are Only Fit for the Bin. But if you
are unsure just ask.
