I received this LP from the record company in 1981 when I was reviewing records for a newspaper. I received so many that most I never played, like this one. I just listened for the first time through headphones to check the sound. First, I cleaned it, because it was dusty. There's some surface noise, but I suspect that's cleaning fluid still in the grooves. If so, it will dissipate with additional playings. I'm guessing this will sound new. The vinyl has sleeve scuffs. The sleeve has corner dings and seam wear (see photos). The inner sleeve with lyrics has no center-splits. ... Please search "caseoftheblues" for my other eBay listings of vintage vinyl. LP will be removed from cover, placed in archival inner and outer sleeves and packed in secure mailer with cardboard inserts.
