Jan, who accompanies her husband and Howard on this album, is an ex- cellent musician. She is outstanding as a pianist, organist, composer and vocalist. As a team they travel nationwide preaching and singing the Gospel. Mr. & Mrs. Howard Jewell 2223 Boy Scout Camp Road Gainesville, GA 30501 HOWARD and ALMA JEWELL Many singers have come and gone in the Religious field. This is why, in our estimation, this “Singing Evangelist" is so unique. As a child, he began singing with his preacher Father in pioneer Salvation Army work. As he grew, his talent matured and a keen sense of serving the Lord prodded him into the ministry. Over his long career, he has traveled extensively and has been the featured soloist for many notables and numerous citywide campaigns and crusades. Now, many years later, the thrill as he sings is stili there. The spirit filled songs touch hearts and change lives. Wherever he goes, he always has a consistent testimony. A living witness is proof of his spiritual and warm hearted experience. His wife, although not a musician, is a real asset to him as a companion. They make their home in California, but are presently in full time evagelistic work representing Baptist Bible Fellowship. While visiting California, Bill and Jan Pappadopoulos heard this great talent and realized it needed to be shared with this generation from coast to coast. We are very proud to present for your enjoyment . . . HOWARD JEWELL It is a pleasure to commend to you this lovable and genial soul, Howard Jewell, and his “singing-in-the-Spirit" rendition of these lovable sacred songs. Bro. Jewell has sung in a number of our campaigns over quite a span of years and his selec- tion of unique songs has always been a blessing to the people. Some are requested over and over. Hearing Bro. Jewell sing these songs will be to your heart just like the raising of the window curtain in the morning — bright, warm and sunny — all of which adds up to inspiration- May God bring this album into great usage and give to every family who hears, ta 9* helpful blessing, is my prayer ...
