Here's a hard-to-find 1962 beauty. It turned up in a mixed box of 78's and 45's that I hadn't opened for decades. I'm not comfortable grading records, but I scanned both sides and include the images here. I think I also figured out how to include an audio player here so you can hear how it sounds when played on my analog turntable and recorded through an iMic with Final Vinyl software and converted to an mp3 in iTunes. The record appears to have very little wear and comes in the plain brown kraft paper sleeve I found it in. "2001 - A" and "2001 - B" look like they were scratched by hand into the run-out areas on their respective sides and there is also what looks like an "LW" scratched in another part of the run-out area on each side (the L is over the W). The labels look great with just the faded "GL" mark you see on the "A" side. I try to be as complete and accurate as possible in my descriptions, but this is my first time selling a record so if you have questions or need more information, don't hesitate to ask before bidding. The audio player below includes recordings from both sides of the record...please click on the window to see the two tracks. You don't have to wait for the "buffering" or "loading" message to disappear. It works great on my Mac with slow DSL, but please let me know if you can't get it to work and I'll try troubleshooting it. Scroll further down for the scans.
Thanks for looking (and listening?!) and happy ebaying.
