Hello,
Thank you for checking out our auction for this very rare Garth Brooks album. It was produced by Capitol Records in 1989. This was Garths' first record ever released and is self titled meaning its Garth Brooks - "Garth Brooks". It is a 12 inch , 33 1/3 rpm record. It comes with the original inner sleeve and the original cover sleeve. This is a must have for any country fan.  It would make a great gift for any vinyl collector.               The cover sleeve does have very minor ring wear from the record inside.  It also has very minor corner wear, lower right corner does have a minor crease. Please check out the pictures for a better idea of condition.              The inner sleeve is in nice condition as well. The bottom of the inner sleeve has a minor tear from someone putting the record into the sleeve to fast. The inner sleeve has the track/song list and the lyrics to all songs.              The actual record/vinyl album is in near mint shape. There are no scratches, scuffs or damage at all to the record. It looks like it was only played once.              The record will be shipped in a plastic sleeve and will be packaged well. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We always answer all questions openly and honestly and to the best of our knowledge. We have a low starting bid and we never set a reserve. Shipping and handling is ONLY $5.00 .
