Description

  • This LP has a lot of history with me... I loved Gabor Szabo as a kid and would always ask my Dad to play "the gypsy guitar guy".  Sometimes he would spin this record and I would protest - wasn't a fan of the pop sensibilities.  Maybe I'm still not but I definitely appreciate it more now than back then.  Plus, it sounds amazing - like it was new!

This is a very clean album!
Vinyl VG+ - has a few very faint marks from original paper inner sleeve but sounds GREAT!  Such little surface noise - crazy good for an album this old.  Gonna give this an extra "+" - VG++ (I won't go NM when I know something was played more than 2x).  Also, it has a serrated edge - which could mean it is a Keel pressing (don't hold me to it).
Sleeve VG+ - front and back look very nice.  There are a few small places where you can see the laminate starting to lift, but they are small and not that noticeable.  I tried to photograph them so take a look at the photos (actually some look worse in the photo).  The gatefold is in stellar shape as well.
Original inner sleeve in VG+ condition too - just a few creases.
