Vinyl Grading: Excellent.
Label Grading: Excellent. No writing or stickers.
Sleeve Grading: Very Good. Feint storage pressure ring. Unlaminated. Front bottom right corner, tiny crease. Top edge, small rubbing split (approximately 1 1/2"). Front top left, pen mark which happened when record was being signed. Light wear. Apart from Gary Puckett's signature, no writing or stickers.
Original CBS Inner Sleeve Condition: Very Good +. A few light creases. No writing, tears or stickers.
