"446 W. 50th St., N.Y.C." and deep groove on label both sides.  "RVG" in the runout on both sides. No address on cover. 

 Record looks VG++/M- and plays VG++.  A nice copy.  2 very light scuffs on Side 1 that do not affect play.  No scratches.  Record is glossy and grooves do not look worn, gray or spread.    

Cover is VG.

  Front cover is bright and glossy but shows moderate wear.  Denting at the top of the pocket. Small spots of heavy wear on the corners. Top seam split app 2 inches in the middle and untaped.  Bottom seam has 2 small spots of heavy wear. Spine intact and readable. The back cover has moderate wear.
