Description
Gene Ammons & the All Stars
"Groove Blues"
Label: Prestige 7201
Condition: VG++ disc/ VG+ cover
Additional info: The beautiful vinyl looks and plays cleanly; deep groove label with RVG stamp in the dead wax has a scribble on one side. Although NJ pressings aren't referred to as flat edge this seems to qualify. Light rubbing front and back, else cover is excellent. Star studded array includes John Coltrane on alto, Paul Quinchette and Ammons on tenor, Mal Waldron on piano, et al.
