STILL FACTORY SEALED IN THE BROWN PAPER WRAPPER!!!
Old store stock from Hart's Record Shop in St. Paul, Minnesota which closed in 1952. Hart Callender also served as a distributor for a consortium of 11 local independent record stores, so there are duplicates of some titles. His inventory has been in storage ever since.
