Gene Clark With The Gosdin Brothers

This is an original US vinyl pressing on Columbia CL 2618 from 1967.     This is Gene Clark's first solo album, right after he left The Byrds.   It's the original Mono version with the original mix.    ( It was later remixed in 1972 and released on "Collector Series : Early LA Sessions")     On this album he gets amazing help from his friends : Chris Hillman (The Byrds), Mike Clarke (The Byrds), Clarence White (future Byrds member), Glen Campbell, Leon Russell, Doug Dillard, and The Gosdin Brothers.     The producers are also impressive : Larry Marks produced 6 songs and Gary Usher produced 5 songs.       This album did not sell well when it was released and is now very hard to find.   Especially in this condition.

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- /  Record is M

The vinyl looks mint and it plays near mint.      No scuffs or marks at all.    The cover is mint minus with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits.    There is very slight overall cover wear.     The front cover is dark brown and the wear is only noticable if you look at the cover from an angle.    The back cover has very light cover wear around the edges of the printing.     The labels are perfect with a couple light spindle marks.  The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.

The songs are : Echoes, Think I'm Gonna Feel Better, Tried So Hard, Is Yours Is Mine, Keep On Pushin', I Found You, So You Say You Lost Your Baby, Elevator Operator, The Same One, Couldn't Believe Her, and Needing Someone.
