Description

This is a copy of the Gene Vincent ep on Capitol 985 titled 'Hot Rod Gang' from the movie of that name.  The cover is in nice shape, except for the 5 inch split along the bottom seam and 2 small (1/2 inch) splits along the top.  The splits are tight, and I didn't even notice it when I found the ep at a garage sale (why can't that happen every day?).  Despite those defects, this is a nice copy of the cover.  The record is a dj copy and plays VG.  There is the name 'Joe' written on one label.  This is easily one of the toughest 50's rock-n-roll ep's, so don't let the opportunity pass. My internet access is iffy - try my email  address (redwax@charter.net) - if that doesn't work, my mailing address is:  Jim Black, PO Box 233, DeForest, WI  53532.

Packing

I pack very carefully, in new cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and packing peanuts where necessary.  Breakage is very rare, and my customers have complimented my packaging many times in the past.  I want you to receive your item intact. 

 

After the Sale

I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you aren't, please contact me, and I will refund your money, shipping, and insurance charges both ways - AFTER you return the item to me in its original condition.

 

Payment

I accept money orders and personal checks.  I try to ship orders paid for with money orders as soon as possible.  I usually hold shipment of orders paid by check for 7 to 10 days after I receive the check.  I do not accept PayPal at this time.  If you send cash, please realize that it is at your own risk.  If you insist on doing this, please register and insure the letter.

 

Shipping Charges

You will be charged the actual shipping cost, based on your zip code.  I do not add 'handling' or 'packaging' charges.  Insurance fees will be calculated based on the amount of the winning bid.  WINNING BIDDER: when the auction ends, please email your name and complete shipping address so I can compute shipping charges and email you an invoice, as well as get your package ready.  I will ship via U.S. Post Office regular parcel post or Priority, whichever you choose.  Insurance is optional, at additional cost to the buyer.  Checks must clear before shipping.  Money orders result in quicker shipping.

 

When I Ship

At the present time, I cannot get to the Post Office every day.  I usually ship on Saturday mornings.  If it’s critical to you to have an item shipped earlier, pay by money order, and let me know what you need in your letter or email
