Description
Genesis - Selling some of my extensive Collection. I have hundreds of Genesis items and have decided to sell some of my collection starting with my singles. This is from the first batch of 13 I'm listing, so please check out my other items. If they're not all there yet, check back soon. I collected Genesis for many years going back to pre-internet days, so this collection was put together with care. As I find time I will list more items. Hope somebody else can enjoy them now...
Genesis: Looking for Someone / Visions of Angels, UK, 7" promotional single sent out to the press to promote the Tresspass album, 1974, GS 1/2, Original Charisma.
Pink scroll Charisma label. Very rare.
With original blank paper sleeve.
Matrix GS + 1 + 1 / GS + 2 + 1
Some surface noise on both sides. Some crackles and clicks, but no jumps or skips. difficult to find this in any condition at all.
This record was bought directly from the office of Tony Stratton Smith - unfortunately that was a long, long time ago and I no longer have the paperwork.
Visual Inspection: Overall the record still retains a good shine. There is a slight nick (less than 1mm) that can be seen in the photos. Looking for Someone looks almost perfect. If you really look hard there is one light surface scratch of about 1cm long. On Visions of Angels there are various scuffs and light surface scratches (around 12 in total). They range from a few mm to around 1cm. There is 1 x very light surface scratch right across the grooves.

All items will be sent via tracked (and often signed) post. Overseas items will be sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed services. This provides greater security for both of us and they receive priority handling. Please do not ask for lower cost services without tracking/signature or by surface mail as I do not do this.
