Description
An original 1st press of NC on the UK Pink Scroll Charisma label from 1971. Matrix A1U/B2U. Stampers 1GA/1GP. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original E J day textured cover. No original inner sleeve.
Vinyl (Vg+/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection there are a number of light marks either side - nothing deep or troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a varying level of playback between Verygood+ and NEAR EXCELLENT. If you're looking for a nice playing copy at an affordable price this might well suit you. It's not a top-level copy, but in reality, there's not too much amiss with it either. Do expect a bit of background static in a couple of tracks [e.g. track 1 & final track]. The rest play much better and are, in fact, pretty clean. It's not going to make the top-level Ex, but it is an admirable rendition without major issue.
Cover (Ex-) Lovely clean front without creasing or ageing - just one slight issue in the extreme top-left corner ['anne' written neatly in biro...see pics]. The rear is in equally good condition with little signs of creasing or ageing. The interior seems in excellent condition - no issues. There's some edge wear in places, but nothing serious. The text on the spine is mostly legible - but it is exhibiting some light fade. Overall the cover retains excellent and lies totally flat.
