Description
Selling-up my record collection.
Details on what's in the auction, comes first, and useful info after that. Pictures are my own photos of the items for sale. Photos are part of the description, have a good look.
I got these from the collection of a guy who played them on good equipment, and kept them with care. If record is described as "excellent" below, I can't see ANY scratches or problems on it.
Nursery Cryme -
Cover - Excellent, a little ring-wear noticeable at top of back. Lower part of right edge of front has a little bend, forwards.
Record - I noticed a little impact on track one, side one. Side two excellent
Selling England By The Pound -
Cover - very good, but shows some staining by way of ring-wear, and a grubby fingerprint (or something) on back. Sticker removal top left of back. Lyric insert is present, excellent.
Record - Excellent
Trespass -
Cover - Gatefold, excellent, a little foxing or stain inside at one corner. Tiny bumps to corners at opening. This colour doesn't show dirt - a little grubby along top edge? A touch of ring-wear top of back. Lyric sheet is present, excellent.
Record - Excellent
Foxtrot -
Cover - Textured gatefold. Excellent - a little ring-wear at top of front and back.
Record - Excellent
Super Star German Compilation - see pictures for track-list.
Cover shows quite a bit of general wear.
Record - Excellent.
I have been collecting records for 50 years (when finances allowed!), and now it's time to sell-up. I bought them mostly around local shops (second-hand), but sometimes from e-bay, and sometimes new, for my favorite bands. Note that I'm in UK, so records are UK issue, unless I say different.
I do my best for my customers, on postal costs. You can send seven or eight LPs for the Post Office's £2.95 "small parcel" deal.
Feel free to ask me stuff. I won't end auctions early, and won't split the lots.
I'm good at making secure parcels for posting.
Postage at cost within UK - £2.95
I'm happy to send this overseas, see below for details.
Dispatch will usually be "next day".
Collection in person is welcome.
I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK, but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad.
Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.
They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.
This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices. Combined postage is not possible through the Program.
International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, automatically added by E-Bay, if your country is included in the scheme.
If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.
International postage to the following countries will be shown:
Australia Austria Belgium Bulgaria Canada Croatia Cyprus Czech Republic Denmark Finland France Germany Greece Hungary Ireland Israel Italy Japan Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Netherlands New Zealand Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand Turkey Norway Poland Portugal Romania Russia Slovakia Slovenia Spain Sweden, United States, Antigua & Barbuda Aruba Bangladesh Barbados Belize Bermuda Bolivia Brunei Darussalam Cambodia Cayman Islands Dominica Ecuador Egypt French Guiana Gibraltar Grenada Guadeloupe Guernsey Iceland Jersey Jordan Liechtenstein Macau Maldives Martinique Monaco Montserrat Nicaragua Oman Pakistan Paraguay Peru Reunion Saint Kitts & Nevis Saint Lucia Sri Lanka and Turks & Caicos Islands
International postage plus applicable customs charges will probably be shown to buyers in the following non-EU countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Russia and USA, and wherever else import duty is appropriate - e.g. Norway.
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT post to countries that are not included in the above lists.
