Hello! Today I am offering a very rare 1969 copy of Bellaire High School's performance of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes - starring a teenage Randy Quaid and Marianne Williamson. See all photos, read all descriptions, and ask any questions, before you bid. Read my feedback and bid with confidence!
NOTE: LP is rare, and has issues. Namely the cover of the LP is torn on the back, and the LP does have a few light scratches. Know condition, before you bid.

Very cool piece of an early performance by later Academy nominated Randy Quaid, and later new age author / Presidential candidate, Marianne Williamson. Incredible find!

Randy Quaid - (born October 1, 1950) is an American actor known for his roles in both serious drama and light comedy. He was nominated for an Academy Award, BAFTA Award and a Golden Globe Award for his role in The Last Detail in 1973. In 1978 he co-starred as a prisoner in Midnight Express. Quaid also won a Golden Globe and was nominated for an Emmy Award for his portrayal of U.S. President Lyndon Johnson in LBJ: The Early Years (1987). He also received Emmy nominations for his roles in A Streetcar Named Desire (1984) and Elvis (2005). Quaid is also known for his role of Cousin Eddie in the National Lampoon's Vacation movies. He voiced Alameda Slim in the animated feature Home on the Range (2004). At Bellaire High School, he took a class in drama on a whim, although he didn't expect he would enjoy the lectures. After the third day, however, he was captivated by the course and decided to make acting his professional goal. He continued studying acting at the University of Houston. During one course, his teacher sent him to audition for Peter Bogdanovich, who was casting for The Last Picture Show, and Quaid won the role in what became his debut film
Marianne Williamson was born in Houston, Texas, in 1952, and attended Houston ISD's Bellaire High School. In 2020 she ran for President of the United States. She is an American author, spiritual leader, politician, and activist. She has written 13 books, including four New York Times number one bestsellers in the "Advice, How To, and Miscellaneous" category. She has received national attention as a result of her frequent appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show and was known as Oprah's "spiritual adviser." In 2014, Williamson unsuccessfully ran as an independent to represent California's 33rd congressional district in the United States House of Representatives.
